We accept credit cards, debit cards, shopping coupons, money orders and bank-wire. If you're going to use a money order or bank-wire, you must e-mail us at sales@hubutu.com and place your order.

Hubutu.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. 

You can contact your bank officer directly and ask him/her to allow foreign transaction. To do so, this problem can almost be solved.

 When you submit personal information on our website, we will protect your information both online and offline. When you submit sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry, Secure Socket Layer. While on a secure page, (such as our order form which is hosted in a secure data facility) the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just "surfing." We also use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure once it is received. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with very limited access that are located in secured facilities. Hubutu.com's employees are trained and kept up-to-date on our security procedures.

To change or update the credit card you are using for your order, you just need to check out as usual. You can click on the "Change" link right above the credit card currently being used. Then, enter the credit card details again as a new card.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to make changes to an order after it is placed. However, you are welcome to e-mail us at sales@hubutu.com, and if we are able to assist you we will certainly do so.

If your order is not shipped from our warehouse, you can contact us at sales@hubutu.com and let us know the reason for the change and your change address. In addition, if the products have already been shipped from our warehouse but the products are not yet shipped, customs can be submitted to customs and changed.

However, when the Customs clearance is over and it has already been transferred to the transport company, it will be returned to the customs office and the re-distribution fee will be incurred. Customs will contact the customer directly about the payment method of reshipping.

Simply log into your HUBUTU account and shop as you normally would. Once you begin adding items to your shopping cart, you will see 'available Reward Points' being automatically subtracted from your subtotal.

At the bottom of your cart, use the amount of Reward Points (RP) you want to use, you will receive a discount when you place an order.

The Loyalty Point (LP) generated to the buyer can also be found in 'My Account'. This LP is automatically applied at the next purchase to receive a discount.

If you click one more time before clicking on the 'Order' button and proceed to the next page, you may be charged for duplicate payment due to time difference between the card issuing bank and the card processing company system.

To avoid this error even if you have a slow Internet connection due to poor internet connection or lack of computer specs, please click the 'Place an Order' button once before proceeding to the next page. 

If you have a duplicate payment, please write down your name and ID, the date and time of your payment, and the details of your payment at sales@hubutu.com. After confirming within 24 hours (excluding holidays), we will go through the refund procedure. Refunds may take up to seven days or longer depending on the circumstances of the card processing company and the bank.

No. To stay competitive and to keep prices low, it was decided to offer online ordering as the only available option. We apologize to our valued customers without computer access, but hopefully, you have access to a computer kiosk at a local library or are able to place an order through a friend or family member. You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.

각각으로 봤을때 가운데 위치한 B, Standard, D가 보통의 볼사이즈 정도라고 생각하십시오.

When you are sending the package to out of US, the system will not let you select a shipping method. If you are an international customers, Please see our detailed International Page for more information about shipping.

Once in a while, a product suddenly becomes very popular or the vendor has production delays, causing us to be out of stock. Most of our items are re-stocked within a couple of days. 

Amazon or eBay simply lists the item value based on US sales, but our HUBUTU shopping mall posts prices that include US taxes and local shipping charges for certain items. Therefore, please note that in this case, the price structure of HUBUTU is essentially different from the standard of product's price indication such as Amazon or eBay, etc.

We also offer prime members a lowest price guarantee policy. If prime members want a price comparison for the specific item they wish to purchase, contact us at sales@hubutu.com with the exact link to the item you think is cheaper than HUBUTU and we will tell you the price of the final shipment on both sides and guarantee the lowest price unless close-out items or doorbuster products.

We believe you'll find the best selection and the best prices here at hubutu.com. But if you find a good deal you think we should know about, please contact our Customer Service department. We'll look into it and let you know. A price match must be requested before placing your order with us. We will not go back and price match after your order has been placed. 

We constantly try to have a "minimum" of 2 weeks inventory of each item in stock. Thus, it’s very hard to confirm in real time when a certain product was made. Most products we carry have over 1 year expiration or best-by dates. 

Always consult your physician before taking any nutritional supplements. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific results from our supplements. We do, however, guarantee that the products we offer are of the highest quality obtainable.

Include the product name, manufacturer, contact information and even a link to the product/manufacturer website. Due to the high volume of special requests, we are unable to answer each one on a case-by-case basis, so we ask for your patience. Thank you for your interest in our products. 

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to New York and California. New York customers will pay between 4% ~ 8.5% (depending on zip code), and California customers will pay between 7.5% ~ 9.75%. If your order is being shipped to any other US state, to a US territory, or to an APO/FPO address, no sales tax will be added.
