Solgar Niacin (Vitamin B3) is a water-soluble vitamin and is part of the B Complex. It is required for the metabolism of carbohydrates and protein into energy. Niacin also supports cardiovascular health, promotes increased blood flow, and supports the health of the nervous system.

Also known as Vitamin B3, Niacin is a water soluble vitamin that is also a part of the vitamin B-Complex. Niacin/Vitamin B3 is required for the metabolism of carbohydrates as well as the metabolism of proteins into energy.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Other Ingredients:
Vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Free Of: gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and colors.

Warnings:
Use of this product may cause skin flushing, burning, itching, or rash. Do not take on an empty stomach.
Not intended for use by pregnant and nursing women. If you are taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement.
